User Code* 		請自行設定6位到10位之英數字或符號(大小寫有別，且不能有空格)，查詢憑證申請進度、憑證IC卡開卡、解卡鎖碼/重設PIN碼以及憑證暫時停用等作業皆會使用到用戶代碼，請務必牢記！

Please set your User Code with a 6 to 10 character alphanumeric or symbolic code (case-sensitive and no whitespace) by yourself. The User Code is required for operations such as checking the progress of certificate applications, activating a certificate IC card, unlocking/ resetting PIN code, and temporarily suspending a certificate. Please remember your User Code carefully as it is important for these operations!
